Optional Team Competition

The Team Competition is an optional contest – participation is voluntary. The cost is $5 per man. Team Captains will draft tournament participants onto their team prior to the tournament. The winning team will split the Prize Pool among those team members who entered the contest. Scoring and Tiebreakers will differ depending on the tournament format.

If any teams have less than a full roster, a blind draw will determine the person(s) on that team whose result will count twice.

INDIVIDUAL MEDAL, STABLEFORD, 4-MAN, and FOUR-BALL Formats

Net scores (individual, 2-man team, or 4-man team) will count towards the Team Total. For every 6 scores, the worst score will be excluded from the total. For example, if a team has 11 members, the worst score will be tossed out. If a team has 12 members, then the two worst scores will not count.

Tiebreaker:

• If two or more teams tie, the first tiebreaker will be the Teams' lowest net score.
• If still tied, the Teams' next lowest net score will be used.
• This procedure will be repeated until the tie is broken.

MATCH PLAY

Each match winner will earn one point for his team. The team with the most points will split the Prize Pool among those team members who entered the contest.

Tiebreaker:

• If two or more teams tie for first, the winner will be the team with the best cumulative match margin.
• If still tied, the team that wins the most head-to-head matches between the tied teams will be the winner.
• If still tied, the cumulative match margin in the head-to-head matches will determine the winne
