Online Entry and Payment FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How do I use the online entry form?

A: Detailed instructions can be found on the entry form.

 

Q: I entered an X in optional contests and my entry did not process?

A: You can only enter a value of "1" (no X, no -, no other symbols) or leave the field blank.

 

Q: What if I want to pay entire entry fee in credits?

A: The online payment will not allow you to process ZERO dollars. 

A: Detailed instructions can be found on the entry form on how to enter when paying in full with credits.

 

Q: How do I apply my credits?

A: Enter number of credits (do not put a minus sign) on the entry form the amount will be deducted from your total charges on the next page. 

 

Q: I entered the event online and made payment, how do I know I am entered?

A: After successful entry an automated email will be generated showing your payment was received.

 

Q: I entered the event and made payment, why is my name not on the STMGC web page showing I paid?

A: After successful entry it can take up to 3 days for your name to appear on the sign-up sheet since this is a manual process. If you do not see your name after 3 days send an email to tournament-info@stmgc.com.

 

Q: How do I communicate suggestions I have for the online entry process?

A: Suggestions are welcomed at tournament-info@stmgc.com.
